Brian made it out to the home I have under contract. I was unable to attend, so he called me after the inspection to explain everything in detail. They were very quick, performing the inspection within 2 days of me contacting them. The report was very detailed and his notes are easy to follow. Brian was very nice on the phone and requested that I call him back if I had any questions or concerns. Top notch service and communication.
