If I were to pick a single element of the rating system to double to 10 stars, it would be the Support category. Because, simply put, Camelot went above and beyond what was necessary to help me get back on track with this very complex purchase.
This is a very complex acquisition of property that some would call the proverbial 'Forever Home'. Its my intent to leave the property to be enjoyed for generations to come. After a year of looking for the property, I had believed that I had finally found it. What remained was for that belief to be proven.
The property itself consists of a main home, a small lake cabin, and a guest home. Additionally, there was a metal shop, a barn, a boat house, and various other structures on what is essentially a small ranch on a small lake. Each of these structures had varied methods of construction and, indeed, differing levels of maintenance. The main home itself was constructed in the mid-twentieth century and contained very many features not typically found in a Texas home. Not a typical inspection by any measure.
The consultant I hired to to drive the evaluation of the property brought in Camelot to conduct an overall inspection prior to determining an appropriate offer. Out of that experience, Camelot has been the single most important contact and is the only only one to meet and exceed my expectations. How essential Camelot was to my goals became apparent once I began reviewing the source data myself.
With Camelot's report in hand, I was able to drive the rest of the acquisition to a point where I am completely comfortable that I have all the facts with which to make a sound judgement.
Instrumental to returning this project to its proper course was the support/service, received from Brian. His willingness to provide feedback and constructive criticism directly underlies the aforementioned 10 in support. ***Quality + Service/Support = Value.***
Unhesitatingly, I recommend Camelot for any inspection needs. Most importantly, I trust this product and those who stand behind it more than any business, locally owned or otherwise, with which I've had recent dealings.
