Great experience with Brian at Camelot Home Inspections. There is a lot of competition in this area for home inspectors. Honestly, Camelot had the best and most informative website which usually is a good indicator of a solid business... and it proved true again! This is our first "pre-owned home" (30 year old house) so I was looking for someone with a lot of experience with all types of homes not just newer ones. I spent about 5 minutes talking with Brian and realized this guy has a ton of knowledge with ALL types of homes and scenarios. He is very reasonable with pricing and won't nickel and dime you. He spent almost the whole day at the house and also had him do a septic and termite inspection. Can't say enough about this guy and his company. Honest and very experienced. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection; he goes above and beyond.
