Thorough. Thorough. And more thorough! Brian was recommended by our lender. Almost chose another inspector because Brian doesn't inspect pools - but I am SO GLAD we didn't! I was in real estate for a decade and came across many inspectors - NONE are at Brian's level. Do not hesitate to put your future home in his hands. Lots of folks do pool inspections - but nobody is going to inspect your house like Brian.
