Brian has gone above and beyond on our home inspection. We had a few unfortunate AC issues after moving and felt helpless after some bad contractors came out to asses a leak. Not knowing what else to do, I called Brian for advice. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and even walked me through the process. He was happy to help--even late in the evening and remained accessible even after the initial inspection. With Brian's help, the issue has been resolved and we are back to loving our house! Do not hesitate to call Brian, you will not find a more knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth home inspector.
