I usually don't get into leaving reviews or even paying that much attention to folks bitching about a bad experience BUT this time I had to let people know how incredibly awesome today's inspection went. Mr. Cameron really knows his houses. Not only did he point out the good and bad of the home but also very helpful with my million questions. Thanks for the help guys!!!!

Brian is knowledgeable and thorough. He performed an inspection for the buyers for my home. I was so impressed that I elected to have him perform the inspection on my home of choice to purchase!

I found great value with Camelot. Arrived promptly, actually a few minutes before I arrived. Extremely thorough and detailed inspection. Around 5 hours on single story, 2400 sq ft. Roof, walls, paint, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical outlets, GFCI, HVAC, appliances, garage doors & operators, sprinkler system, foundation, & more. Coordinated the septic and termite inspections. One note, termite inspection although thorough, does not provide for a future benefit such as a discounted treatment. Found some issues that allowed negotiations with seller to resolve. I am pleased and next time I need a home inspection, I'll call Camelot.

From the moment Lottie answered the phone, to the time that Brian showed up to inspect our future home, it was a wonderful experience.
